Why an NFL player is bringing Sonic Drive-In to Hawaii

Maake Kemoeatu tells PBN that, now that they’re done playing football, the next step is getting into the business world.

So, why Sonic? Maake Kemoeatu says that they’re comfortable with the fast-food chain, having both played on the East Coast, where they got to know the brand.

“When I first got into the league, I’ve always wanted to own a franchise,” Maake said, noting that, as part of his company’s agreement with Sonic, the fast-food chain will be supportive of the brothers’ foundation.

In other words… Cheeseburger, Cheeseburger, Cheeseburger, Cheeseburger…
