Punahou’s annual fall school spirit celebration begins with a home football game and includes an evening with great food, keiki activities, a pep rally and the lighting of the 10-foot tall Flaming P.

Chili and Rice Dinner

Keiki Activities
4:30 – 6:30 p.m., Rice Field Basketball Courts

Pep Rally
6:30 p.m., Rice Field

This symbol of school pride was born during a demoralizing 1967 football season. The president of the Pep Club, Laurie Connable ’68, and the chair of the club’s Special Events Committee, Donna Lee Sandler ’68 Harris, created the event to rekindle school spirit.
